COMPARATIVE SEMINAR ON WITNESS PROTECTION ACT 2009 [ACT 696] AND WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION ACT 2010 [ACT 711] ON 12 MEI 2015 |
PUTRAJAYA, MEI 12, 2015A comparative seminar on Witness Protection Act 2009 [Act 696] and Whistleblower Protection Act 2010 [Act 711] was held on Mei 12, 2015 at the Legal Affairs Division, Prime Minister’s Department. The seminar was officiated by YBrs. Dr Nor Mazny binti Abdul Majid, Deputy Director General (Policy & Development) of the Legal Affairs Division, Prime Minister’s Department. The Seminar was attended by 200 participants from 9 Enforcement Agencies, Integrity Unit of State Government, Legal Affairs Division, Legal Aid Department and Malaysia Department of Insolvency.
