BHEUU Assembly For The Month Of Februari 2015 |
Putrajaya, February 10 - YBhg. Dato' Nursiah Arshad, Director General of BHEUU said besides the good practice of 5S, she would like to suggest other S practices that should be practiced by the officers and staff of BHEUU, JBG and MdI. The S referred are smile (senyum), greeting (salam), prompt (segera), courteous (sopan), sensitive to the environment (sensitif terhadap persekitaran), touch (sentuh), smart (segak), regulatory (selia), investigative (selidik) and energetic (semangat).
She invites all officers and staff of BHEUU, JBG and MdI to practice all these S when rendering their service. She also called for all employees to constantly strive to give the best contribution in carrying out the tasks entrusted to them.
She was delivering this during the BHEUU monthly gathering here today.
